Action

Body Roller combines the healing effects of slimming and lymphatic drainage massage.

Lymphatic massage helps to relieve muscle tension and lose inches from the body, eliminating unnecessary toxins and reducing cellulite.

Due to the effectiveness of roller massage, subcutaneous adipose tissue begins to break down and cellulite is visibly reduced.

In addition, roller massage is very effective for muscle tension, it is the only massage that can be individually controlled by the person.

Many clients not only roll out after workout, but often even replace their workout day with a roller massage simply because it is like relaxation and workout together.

Benefits

The principle of the machines consists of rollers on a rotating drum that make a certain number of revolutions per minute.

Collagen and infrared lamps in the machine improve the elasticity of our skin and helps maintain a youthful appearance.

  • With roller massage you lose weight and cm from your body

  • Reduces cellulite and muscle tension.

  • Improves digestion and elasticity of muscles and skin.

  • Removes toxins and residues from the body and helps stimulate lymphatic flow.

  • After the roller massage procedure you will feel relaxed and happy.

WHAT TO WEAR

You must be in proper rolling attire. You’ll need: full length yoga pants, long sleeves & socks (all free of metal, buttons, and zippers).

Prior to rolling, jewelry must be removed and all long hair must be tied back.

POST TREATMENT

Keeping your body hydrated before, during, and after class is key. Make sure that you arrive to each class with water.

Drinking throughout your body roll will help your body eliminate residues more easily, regulate body temperature and transport nutrients to give you energy so your body can perform at its highest level.

SETTINGS

The speed on Body Roll machines can be increased/decreased based off of your bodies needs. During rolling, it is common to experience an itching sensation from the blood vessels expanding due to the infrared light.

Additionally, light bruising, soreness or redness is common after rolling, especially after your first few sessions. To reduce intensity, put less body pressure onto machine while rolling.
